Owen Holzbach

Owen Holzbach is a student at the Miller Miller College of Business at Ball State University. He is majoring in Economics, Mathematical Economics, and Finance with a Math minor. Holzbach currently serves as a financial analyst intern at Raytheon Technologies and a research assistant for the Center of Business and Economic Research. Holzbach is currently working on several research initiatives looking into the political economy issues with the central planning of monetary policy, and an analysis of the ancient Turkish town of Catalhoyuk to better understand the economics of archaeology in relation to cultural development. Holzbach has a Substack called EconBits, and plans to graduate from Ball State University in 2025.
