Enrique Guerra-Pujol

Enrique Guerra-Pujol is a professor at the University of Central Florida. His research interests include business law, property rights, the evolution of conflict and cooperation, and the philosophy of law. He is the author of many scholarly papers, journal articles and book chapters, including “Gödel’s Loophole,” “A Bayesian Model of Litigation”, "Modelling the Coase Theorem", and "Domestic Constitutional Violence." His work has appeared in academic journals such as the Capital University Law Review, the Richmond Journal of Law and Public Interest, the European Journal of Legal Studies, and many more. Guerra-Pujol earned his undergraduate degree at the University of California at Santa Barbara, graduating with highest honors, and earned his Juris doctorate from Yale Law School. He then went on to practice business law before beginning his teaching career at the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico.
