The Sympathizer: An Adam Smith inspired cocktail video

cocktail 300th birthday

Brittany VanBibber and Greer Temnick for AdamSmithWorks

Two bibliophiles and one bartender create a book and cocktail pairing video exclusively for AdamSmithWorks to celebrate the 300th anniversary of Adam Smith's birth.
BiblioBooze is a team of 2 bibliophiles and 1 bartender creating top shelf book and cocktail pairings as a way to share their love of great writing & liquor with a wider community.
The sympathizer is a boozier take on a sangria. VanBibber and Greer wanted to feature a cocktail that included a Bordeaux wine as a nod to Smith's time in that region of France.

If you're looking for a pairing, VanBibber and Greer recommend dried fruits and nuts but also add that you can never go wrong with a nice charcuterie board.
